8.0 What lies ahead?
Predicting the future is always difficult. One is more likely to be wrong than right. However, this is necessary in the field of innovation. Innovation is venturing into uncharted territory. The innovators are the ones to produce the maps.
Tseung is optimistic. He is confident that China, the USA and Japan already understand the Lee-Tseung Lead-Out Theory. They most likely have developed some Lead-Out-Energy machines and flying saucers. It is only a matter of time before they release such technology for civilian use.
Tseung believes that if one country demonstrates a working prototype together with the Lee-Tseung Lead-Out explanation, the entire scientific community will accept it. The major objection from the scientific community is that if one inputs 100 units of energy to a device, the output energy from the device cannot be more than 100 units.
In the case of Lead-Out-Energy devices, 100 units of input energy Leads Out another 50 units of energy. A total of 150 units of energy enter the device. The output energy can be 150 units or less. In other words, output energy greater than 100 units is possible and does not violate the Law of Conservation of Energy.
If scientists have the explanation and see a working prototype generating electricity, none of them can raise objections.
This is happening today ¡V with the Wang (or other) electricity generator generating electricity at many locations world-wide.
|
Comments from the Editor and reviewers: (a) If the makers of the EBM machine had used the Lee-Tseung theory to explain its source of energy, what would have happened? (b) China is not likely to make the same mistake. It will support the company that will demonstrate the prototype simultaneously in many cities. There will be both the theory and working prototypes. The publicity will dwarf all previous product announcements in history. |
8.1 The training of
presenters
After Tseung gave the presentation at Shenzhen University,
he started to realize the importance of having presenters other than Lee and
himself. Both Lee and Tseung were
old. Their health was not as good
as desired. Tseung had already
suffered two strokes. Lee had high
blood pressure and at one time his blood could not return to the heart normally
and he had to lie in bed with his feet raised to help the circulation. He believed the use of a pulsed device
saved him.
Tseung decided to train many presenters. He thought that he could use the
standard material available in http://www.energyfromair.com/IOE_talk to help to
train the presenters. The
presentation material already contained voice. A presenter could just click on each slide, show the text
and start the recording. That
technique was tried a couple of times with mixed results. The participants who heard the
presentation before found it extremely useful as a revision tool. Many new participants did not have the
patience to go through it.
The decision was to identify different groups
and train the appropriate presenters.
Lee and Tseung would still present to the highly technical academic
audience as it was likely that they would ask difficult questions. Forever and ten of her friends would
present to the secondary school level audience. These student presenters will help out in the prototype demonstrations
later on. The interested Institute
of Energy members and some members from the Hong Kong Invention Association
would present to the professionals.
When the time is right, a television documentary
program will be produced. There
will be a dedicated website for continued discussions. One or more companies are expected to
produce products. These companies
will have their own individual websites.
|
Comments from the Editor and reviewers: The company that will rival Microsoft may
start with a few presenters. It
is like getting more players on to the tennis court. The training will be more fun. I do not expect all players will be
as dedicated and want to be world champions. We shall see. |
8.2 The Help Seedlings Innovate Foundation
Limited
Tseung, together with his Lawyer friend, Mr. Tan
Bi Hong, started the Company ¡V ¡§Help seedlings Innovate Foundation Limited¡¨ in
Hong Kong. The Company Number is
1242110. The Charter of the
Company is to
(a) Identify and encourage innovative ideas
(b) Conduct innovation seminars and workshops
(c) Publish books related to innovation (both on
paper and on-line).
(d) Invest in early startup innovative companies as
an ¡¥Angel Investor¡¦
(e) Promote Modern Wealth as being meaningful
economic activities.
During his phone call, Wang suggested that
Tseung should write a book related to how he got his innovative ideas. He said: ¡§We are going to quote the
Lee-Tseung Lead-Out theory at our product demonstrations. Our product demonstrations will be
world-wide. We expect that the
impact of our demonstrations will dwarf all other product announcements in
history. High oil prices and
environmental pollution are extremely hot topics. A demonstrated Lead-Out-Energy product will grab world
attention. The EBM machine from
Hungary did not get the limelight because it did not have a theory which was
easy to understand. The company
Gamma Manager was also totally unknown¡¨.
He also said ¡§The companies behind our product
promotion are international giants. We have written reports from the most
prestigious universities and laboratories. The impact will be different. Every country in the world may even receive a small
Lead-Out-Energy electricity generator as a gift. Your book may be part of the gift set. What are your thoughts on such a
marketing plan?¡¨
Tseung quickly took out his calculator. If his book could be sold for HK $200
and the first year sale was a million copies, the total amount would be HK $200
million. Tseung would have all
proceeds going into the Help Seedlings Innovate Foundation Limited
company. There would then be
enough funding for many projects.
The initial printing cost would be borne by
Tseung. Mr. James Wong, the
Chairman of the Institute of Energy, heard about it and was willing to help
with the publishing cost. The
lawyer, Mr. Tan, and his company would help with the translation, diagram
preparation and other details. His
company has already published other books.
|
Comments from the
Editor and reviewers: (a) Tseung has nothing to lose. At worst, he would make the book an
on-line eBook given freely to the world. His goal is to benefit the world. (b) In my mind¡¦s eye, I see people queuing up
to see a working Lead-Out-Energy electricity generator being
demonstrated. TV and newspaper
reporters will be taking pictures.
They cannot take away an electricity generator built for power company
substations, but they can take away a pamphlet with some description and a
discount coupon to get this book. (c) If every country receives the gift of a
Lead-Out-Energy generator and displays it to its citizens, the chances of
selling a million copies of this book are excellent. I am excited. |
8.3 The first acknowledged Lead-Out-Energy Machine
If no other commercially-ready Lead-Out-Energy
device is launched before the planned world-wide announcement from Wang and his
company, then their products will be clear winners. The first of their products is the Electricity Generator for
power company use. Instead of
burning fossil fuels, the New Energy electricity generators use Lead-Out-Energy. Both Gravitational and Electron-Motion
energy will be Led Out. The small
home electricity generator in the 5-kilowatt range from Wang will be announced
shortly afterwards.
Tseung expects possible competition from Japan,
the USA or elsewhere. Lee
Cheung Kin had already visited the Japanese Company twice.
This Japanese Company is one of the largest conventional electricity
generator manufacturers in the world.
Their Lead-Out-Energy product is a flux-change device with no moving
parts. The good news is that they
will also use the Lee-Tseung Lead-Out Theory to explain the source of the
energy coming from their machines.
They have the capital and resources to make a world-wide announcement.
The other potential competitor is the 225 HP
Pulse Motor from the USA. The
funding body is the Jupiter Fund Group.
The USA Government knew about their existence, as their prototype was
not allowed to leave USA in October 2006.
That motor is much more advanced than the Newman, the Bedini or the
Adams motors, although all of them are Lead-Out-Energy devices. The technique used is the rotation of
permanent magnets in pulsing electromagnetic fields. However, they might be requested to keep quiet because of
the US Presidential Election.
The company which funded Wang also has other
Lead-Out-Energy machine technologies.
However, the Lee-Tseung theory will still be used when they are being
introduced.
|
Comments from the
Editor and reviewers: (a) Lee and Tseung are in a very privileged
position. Success from any one
of the 300 known devices will bring success to them and this book will sell
more copies as a result. (b) Will you buy a
copy of the book? Will you send
it out as a gift? |
8.4
The mushrooming of Lead-Out-Energy Machines
Tseung expects
that there will be many hurried announcements from Japan, the USA, Australia,
Russia, Europe, India, etc. shortly after the first public demonstration and
announcement. Tseung believes that
many countries have already developed working prototypes or products including
flying saucers.
Once a Lead-Out-Energy product is announced and
sold, many others will come out.
Many of the Lead-Out-Energy inventions could not get patent protection
as they were rejected by the patent offices as impossible ¡¥perpetual motion¡¦
machines. With no patent
protection, the alternative is to grab market share as quickly as
possible. Copycats will emerge and
the price will drop quickly.
Tseung already thought of using the concept of
Mutual Credits to solve this dilemma.
Many developing countries would like to buy or license the products
without incurring any debt. Mutual
Credits is a ready solution. The
World Energy Crisis will be over.
Men can go into outer space in flying saucers within a few years. Unlimited energy can bring infinite
wealth. The dreams of Tseung could
be realized in his lifetime.
The major classification of Lead-Out-Energy machines may
be:
(1)
Large electricity
generators managed by the existing power companies. They would like to keep as much of their investment as
possible.
(2)
Small home units
below 10 kilowatts. Many
homeowners want to be totally independent of the power companies and pay no
electricity bills.
(3)
Home appliances
with built-in power supply. This
is the largest market with the widest range of designs and capabilities.
(4)
Magneto Propulsion
Units (MPU) to power vehicles including cars, boats, aeroplanes and flying
saucers.

Comments from the
Editor and the reviewers: (a) Bill Gates predicted that the personal computer
market would mushroom and a PC would become a necessary item in every
home. He boldly said: ¡§Every
personal computer will run my operating system¡¨. To a large extend, his dream was fulfilled and he became
the richest man in the world. To
his credit and to my delight, he donated the majority of that wealth back to
society. (b) I am going to be bold and say: ¡§Every one
will be using Lead-Out-Energy devices.
Every one will be travelling in flying saucers. Every one will be participating in
some form of Mutual Credits. My
company and I will be key players in all of these fields. We shall create more modern wealth
than any man or woman in history¡¨.
Many people will laugh at the above words of a seventeen year
old. Twenty years from now, the
laughter will turn into admiration. (c) Will you join my company or will you form
a competing company? No matter
what happens, the world will benefit.
Do you agree? |
8.5 Demonstration of the Flying Saucer and the
Magneto Propulsion Unit
Tseung
believes that many of the reported UFO sightings were the results of top-secret
military research. Once he
understood that a flying saucer could be produced with Lead-Out-Energy engines
and inertia propulsion, he felt that China could develop a prototype within a
year. He submitted his flying
saucer patent application in 2005 in China and the Nanjing UFO video was
displayed on YouTube in June 2006.
He believes that the device is not a hoax but was a prototype developed
in China.
Tseung believes that flying saucer technology is
easy to implement. The entire
motion of a flying saucer is determined by its engine power. No aerodynamics is involved. He predicts that once the
Lead-Out-Energy machines are accepted, that flying saucers will come out within
a year. The obstacle to their
introduction is not technology but politics. The flying saucer can wipe out all known warplanes and
missiles. The military wants to
keep that a secret as long as possible.
Tseung believes that the magneto propulsion unit
(MPU) will replace the wheel as the most common device. The MPU can generate its own
power. The MPU can move anything
forward, backward, sideways, upwards or downwards. The MPU can allow any object to hover in mid-air. The MPU will be the most demanded
general-purpose device. The
company with a lead in this technology will be highly valued.
|
Comments from the
Editor and reviewers: Certain Lead-Out-Energy products will be
successful. Some will be
novelties. I believe the following technologies will make it as practical
devices in the coming years: 1.
The Wang Shenhe
Electricity Generator. This
generator does not need any electronics or any energy source to start. It is already spinning and many
details have been disclosed. It
may not be the most efficient product but it will be one of the first (if not
the first) to reach the hands of the average consumer. 2.
Some variation
of the 225 HP Pulse Motor. One
slice of the Pulse Motor can generate over 20 horsepower. That is sufficient for most household
purposes. The technology is just
pulsed rotation of magnets by electromagnets with suitable program
control. The Newman, Bedini and
Adams motors are subsets of this motor. 3.
The
flux-change-only motors. Japan
is ready to launch these systems.
Theoretically, these devices have no moving parts and they can be very
small in size. Lee Cheung Kin
believes that the size can eventually be reduced to that of a button. 4.
The Magneto
Propulsion Unit (MPU) that will replace the wheel. This is the dream of Tseung. The theory is already worked out. Tseung believes that the Nanjing UFO YouTube video already
displays an early version. 5.
The IC-driven
cylinder in a magnetic field.
This is a logical improvement over the Dr. Liang technology. Dr. Liang could pulse-rotate a
cylinder with ICs to Lead Out gravitation energy. I believe the same device can be improved when a suitable
magnetic field is superimposed.
That will solve the angle of tilt problem. IC Lead-Out engines have the advantage of lower weight and
ease of programming. I believe many
known Lead-Out devices will not make it because of the following: a. They do not have a program-controlled feedback
mechanism. When the external
load reduces, the device should reduce its energy output. Many known Lead-Out-Energy inventions
do not have this feature. b. They use the oscillation feature such as the
Milkovic Pendulum. The energy
supplied could not be increased easily.
They will remain as toys or demonstrations of the Lee-Tseung theory. c. The inventors or investors give up when they
see better products. This is the
inevitable result of open competition.
Only a few winners remain.
My company will be one of these winners. |
8.6 Acceptance
of Mutual Credits and Modern Wealth as Meaningful Economic Activities
With unlimited energy, unlimited wealth is
likely to follow. Tseung believes
that the gap between the wealthy and poor nations will narrow quickly with
Mutual Credits and with the various Models. There will be multiple Model Farms, Model Villages and Model
Cities. A developing nation can
pick and choose the most appropriate models to follow. The progress will be faster than during
any other period of human history.
There will be enough food for all.
There will be enough material goods to comfort all. There will be enough entertainment to
satisfy all.
Tseung firmly believes that Modern Wealth is the
quality and quantity of meaningful economic activities. It is up to all of us to define what
are meaningful economic activities.
Such activities can be unlimited.
There is no need to start wars to steal the resources of others. Money is just a number in a trusted
financial institution. Numbers can
be infinite. An individual country
may increase it¡¦s own money supply in step with it¡¦s economic growth. Groups of countries may increase their
money supply together via Mutual Credits.
Every citizen will have a smart card which receives a monthly injection
of funds from the collective profits of the country. Every citizen will be guaranteed a minimum standard of
living. There may still be a wide
gap between the earning capabilities of different people but no one will starve
or lack medicine or shelter. Every
one will have opportunity to learn and prosper.
The flying saucer allows mankind to leave planet
Earth. National boundaries will
slowly disappear. There will be
cities in the sky and cities on and under the sea. Many resources will be recycled. There will be no pollution from fossil fuels. Extreme moral or religious dogma will
slowly disappear. Tourism will
boom in all countries. The
cultural exchanges will make people of all nations tolerate one another more.
|
Comments from the
Editor and reviewers: (a) I know that the world will undergo a
radical change with the availability of Lead-Out-Energy machines and flying
saucers. The human mind must
change too. I am sure that no
nation will be able to dominate and preach the doctrine of ¡¥survival of the
fittest¡¦ to enslave other nations.
(b) Can you see the bright future for the
Human Race Now? |
8.7 Speculations based on dreams and
innovative thoughts
Some speculative ideas include the flying saucer
city. In the flying saucer city, every
home is effectively a flying saucer.
The flying saucer has its own energy supply and has an optional
recycling system. Food can be
produced within the flying saucer from its energy source. The wastes can be recycled. Which country is likely to pump
resources in this research?
Earthquakes will not be a problem if the houses can fly away.
Some governments will take the lead in this
innovative development field. They
will realize that companies must make a profit to survive. A government can increase its money
supply in step with its economic growth.
In certain cases such as education and health, a government ignores the
profit motive. In certain cases of
infrastructure development, a government must pay for it first and get the
money back later from the stock market.
A good example in Hong Kong is it¡¦s mass-transit or MTR system. In the coming Innovative Society, a
government must take the risk in building the various Models. It can and should make money on such
Models. Modern wealth is the quality
and quantity of meaningful economic activities. A government must participate in defining what are
meaningful economic activities.
Can the Hong Kong government take such a leading role? Is it more likely that other cities or
countries will take this leading role?
The desalination of water can be achieved
together with Global Cooling using Energy from Still Air. Air is an energy carrier. We can use its energy and thus lower the
temperature. Using energy from still air is just an indirect way of using
gravitational energy. There will
be a new understanding of the Laws of Thermodynamics. The desalinated water can be used to irrigate deserts. Food production can be greatly
increased. Will some of the
countries in the Sahara Desert take the lead? Will China take the lead and solve the dust problems of
Beijing?
The many-to-many communication technique can be
enhanced. The world will become
more peaceful with multiple groups communicating better with each other. The internet will be enhanced with many
language-translating tools. English is likely to be the standard first or
second language of all nations.
Student exchanges will be much more common. Prestigious universities will allow their students to do
part of their education in other prestigious universities. That trend will become the main
stream. Innovation Training Camps
in school holidays will become very popular. Will Hong Kong become the Mecca of Innovation?
We will never need to worry about buying fuel
for our cars. Lead-Out-Energy
engines will power our cars. Many
electrical appliances will have their own built-in power sources. We will never need to re-charge our
mobile phones. There will be
important changes to our industries with many new jobs and new
opportunities. Will Hong Kong take
the lead? Will China take the
lead, as it is the default-manufacturing center of the world?
Poverty and ignorance will disappear from the
surface of the earth. Nations will
learn quickly via Mutual Credits and Models. Human beings will learn to appreciate each other. War will be history. Who will develop the Model Farms, the
Model Villages, the Model Factories, the Model Shopping Centers and the Model
Cities? It will need the right
hand of planning to work closely with the left hand of market-driven
requirements. Will China use its
experience and new founded confidence to stimulate its citizens? China is
highly regarded in the developing countries and has few enemies. Can it take the lead to eliminate
poverty and ignorance and become the number one nation in the world?
The new understanding of pressure will stimulate
scientists to re-examine all established scientific concepts. The two major areas that will change
are fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.
Major conceptual and theoretical changes are foreseen. The Electrical and Mechanical
Engineering departments in universities must modify and update their
material. All physics textbooks
including those at secondary school level must be re-written. One group of scientists from one country
will turn everything from third class to second or first class. Another group in another country will
take the now third class things and turn them into second or first class. The World will keep improving in every
field.

Comments from the Editor
and reviewers: Wow. I can see that I
shall be busy for a long time.
My company will not be out of work or out of ideas in my
lifetime. The world will benefit
from this book. |
